'A section of Ye Olde Sex Chart was shown in London in 1970 or 71 at a gallery whose name I don't remember -- it was an interesting young gallery dealer and he was extremely enthusiastic in regards to the sex chart. There probably were only 2 or 3 other friends contributing rather randomly to the sex chart. After the ideally expressive erotic partnership with James Tenney, being alone in London brought me to very unexpected variations on erotic intimacy and that was the motive to compile the sex chart.'
