Hales Gallery is pleased to announce Andrew Bick's participation in a discussion of the function, utility and controversy surrounding public art, organized by ISISEvents with support from the University of Melbourne. Andrew Bick will be joined by Jonathan Jones, journalist and art critic for the Guardian, and David Thorp, curator.
